You have been sent by God to tell the world the GOOD NEWS about how much Jesus loves them!
Object Lesson: "You've Been Sent"
John 1:6 says There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. Write out this verse like this “There was a _______ sent from God, whose name was ______.” Ask your children if they TRULY believe that they’ve TRULY been sent by God to tell others about the good news of Jesus? Read some of the following verses and then talk to your children about how God has designed them for His plan and purpose and then have each of them write (or help them to write) their own name in that blank. Pray for the eyes and ears to see where God is at work and the courage and faith to join Him when He reveals it. Put these pieces of paper up in their bedroom or on the refrigerator and remind them of this truth throughout the week!
