My Title: Is Anyone Among You Suffering!
My Verse: 11
"11 Behold, we consider those blessed who remained steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the PURPOSE of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful."
Do not lay up treasures in the last days.
It is a strange thing to say that we should endure suffering but we've also been given the power to pray it away. - The misconception is that we have the power to change God's will. So why pray? Because God draws near to those that draw near to Him. The things allowed in your life are accomplishing HIS WILL. HIS STORY. So if you SUBMIT your will to His and draw NEAR to Him, He might reveal His will to you. He may show you that He wants to reveal Himself through your prayers for deliverance, He may show you that He intends for you to endure the pain for His namesake so that He is glorified. You wont know HOW to pray in any manor other than one that is self serving unless you are abiding in your Savior and His will for you. Even if you don't find relief, you will find peace and even joy because you have the Savior's hand.
Keep your eyes focused on the eternal. This is much easier said (and typed) than done. Start that perspective every morning and don't wait for suffering to try and correct it! Realize that your prayer of FAITH is POWERFUL and WILL ACCOMPLISH MUCH because it's got GOD'S WILL behind it! Ask for what God tells you to ask for and remain steadfast.
Don't lay up treasure in the last days.
Be patient, establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.
We consider those blessed who remained steadfast!
The prayers of a righteous person has great power as it is working.
Elijah prayed and stopped the rain and prayed again to lift the drought 3.5 years later.
Be in GOD'S WILL and ASK FOR WHAT HE TELLS YOU TO ASK FOR.
